The goal of Bolingbrook Trojans Football program is to ensure every player will develop the physical stability and mental awareness needed for the game of football. We take pride in making room for every skill level and our coaches dedicate their time for every players development. 

Benefits of off-season flag football:

• allows players to work on fundamental skills such as passing, catching, and route running without physical contact
• off season conditioning opportunity to increase speed and agility, allowing athletes to stay active and engaged without the same level of physical wear and tear
• focuses on improving strategic thinking and decision making on the field
• promotes team bonding during the offseason, contributing to better teamwork during the regular season
• casual, fun, less intense way to stay active in football
• great opportunity for new players to try it out

Practices:

• 2 days a week for 6 weeks starting April 8th

Games: 

• 4 in-house games played on Sundays

Cost: $100 per athlete

Spring Flag Football participants receive a $50 discount for Fall 2025 Registration
